I said to my mom that Melanie wanted me to take some pictures of her pink house. She looked at me quite surprised and then responded with the question, "my pink house?" I wasn't sure why she was surprised, but I answered, "yes". Then she looked around and said, "well, I guess the floors are a very pale pink."
