Last time we played Izzy and Clark were a little bit afraid of the raucous singing and rolling and falling. This time they watched for a couple of rounds and then joined in with our lusty choir
at what time???
was it this morning???
that we had time to sing and sing and sing before school and before breakfast?????
VERY EARLY
We heard them sneaking down to our bedroom, but the door was locked. I jumped up quick and then swung the door open with a big loud roar which elicited loads of smiles and giggles.
Later in the day Izzy wanted a coin to throw in the fountain while we were out for lunch and some shopping at the Southpark Mall.
In a classic maneuver, we decided to go and pick up some new “tennis shoes” for me and ended up right near the Charlotte City Center when school was letting out. Then it was a mad race across town through a gazillion stoplights hoping all the way that our oldest bears wouldn’t be the last picked up from school. They weren’t the very last. Although the school had already called home to see if someone was coming to get them.
