fishy, fishy

When our girls were little their Grandma Pat taught them a rhyme:

Fishy, fishy in the brook

Daddy, catch it with a hook,

Mommy, fry it in a pan,

________ (they say their name) eat it like a man!

 

It was a rhyme they learned and usually performed at Christmastime when they could barely talk. Of course, we all loved it and thought it was wonderful.
